As the new year begins, many are looking to refresh their fitness routines and focus on building strength. Pvolve has introduced the "Strength Redefined" Challenge to help members kickstart 2025 with purpose. Designed in collaboration with Jennifer Aniston, this six-week program offers a unique opportunity to follow a workout regimen inspired by the actress’s personal training routine.
"Thanks to my Pvolve workouts, I feel the strongest I have ever been," said Aniston. The Challenge, running from January 6 through February 17, features a curated selection of Pvolve’s signature classes: Progressive Weight Training, Strength and Sculpt, and Sculpt and Burn. Participants will complete four new workouts each week, led by Aniston's selected training team, which includes Dani Coleman, Maeve McEwen, Antonietta Vicario, and Zach Morris.
A centerpiece of the Challenge is Pvolve’s Progressive Weight Training class, which combines functional movements with heavier weights to build total-body strength, enhance bone density, and combat age-related muscle loss. Since its launch two years ago, the class has become a favorite among Pvolve members, both in studios and on-demand.
"Adding Progressive Weight Training was exactly the push I needed as I advanced in my routine with Pvolve," Aniston explained. "What makes it unique is how it blends Pvolve's signature dynamic movements and emphasis on mobility, stability, and balance with heavy weights. Since adding it to my workouts, I've watched my entire body transform, plus I love that I've built up the strength to pick up heavier weights over time."
The Challenge also builds on Pvolve's commitment to supporting long-term health. The company’s Healthy Aging Study, recently published in the American College of Sports Medicine's flagship journal, highlighted improvements in lower body strength, balance, and flexibility among participants. These findings validate the strength and mobility gains reported by members like Aniston.
"The research is clear – muscle loss is the silent pandemic of our time—it’s stealing our ability to live longer, healthier lives," said Julie Cartwright, President of Pvolve. "The Challenge is the perfect program for people who wish to work towards reversing this trend. It will help our members unlock their full potential, build deep strength, and redefine what it means to age well."
Dani Coleman, Pvolve’s Director of Training and Jennifer Aniston’s personal trainer, echoed this sentiment. "This Challenge was so much fun to create because it reflects what Jen and I do in our sessions together. Jen is so strong and has continued to get even stronger, so we are thrilled to give members a first-hand experience of how she trains. We hope this Challenge motivates the community to start the new year strong, get moving, and stay accountable."
To enhance the experience, Pvolve has partnered with wellness brands such as Trifecta Meals, Lolavie, Rosewood Las Ventanas, and WeGym. Challenge participants will also gain access to a dedicated WhatsApp community for support and special live virtual studio events.
Member retention in the fitness industry often declines after the initial surge of New Year’s resolutions. By focusing on structured routines, measurable progress, and fostering a sense of community, fitness brands are working to create longer-term engagement and sustain interest well beyond the start of the year.
