AIKA [eye-kuh] comes from the Finnish word ‘spending time’.

AIKA Spa is a private spa experience along the Sea to Sky corridor in Squamish, British Columbia. The spa was founded by Emily and Tristan Jenkins who reside in Brackendale, British Columbia.

The couple spent several years in Scandinavia and during this time they fell in love with Nordic sauna culture.

They decided to bring hot and cold therapy to Squamish and their business has blossomed with two permanent locations and a mobile service. Their locations feature cold plunge tubs, wood fired sauna, relaxation space, and one even includes a cedar wood burning hot tub.
