Life Time, renowned for its upscale health clubs across the US, is charting new territory with the launch of Miora, a comprehensive approach to medical wellness. The initiative is currently in a soft launch phase at the Target Centre health club in Minneapolis and is slated for an official opening on November 27.

Miora represents a consolidation of various wellness services previously offered by Life Time, now unified under a singular brand. This move signifies an intentional shift toward heightened diagnostics and a more holistic prevention approach.

The Miora customer experience begins with a $299 package, covering a detailed blood work panel, a Metabolic Code report, and a consultation. For ongoing access to Miora's facilities, including red light therapy, cryotherapy, infrared saunas, and a hyperbaric chamber, a $199 monthly membership fee is in place. Additional options encompass IV drips and medical interventions, with weight loss drugs Ozempic and Wegovy available as part of an overall lifestyle package that includes diet and exercise interventions.

Life Time COO Jeff Zwiefel has expressed the organization's unwavering dedication to health optimization in a recent LinkedIn post. He stated, "Life Time extends its commitment to health optimization by providing integrated health solutions, designed by top-tier professionals and powered by comprehensive assessments & advanced therapies to empower and inspire individuals to lead a healthier, happier life."

Life Time's foray into the medical wellness market is not just a singular endeavor; it mirrors a broader trend of convergence between health clubs and healthcare. The strategic move aims to create a space where fitness and medical interventions seamlessly integrate. If the pilot at Target Centre proves successful, Life Time has plans to extend the Miora concept to suitable locations within its extensive network.
