LALO Spirits, a Mexican-owned tequila brand, has entered into a national partnership with Barry's, known for high-intensity interval training. The collaboration designates LALO as Barry's exclusive tequila partner.

The partnership will include nationwide pop-ups, special events, complimentary classes, exclusive merchandise, and social and digital integrations. Attendees at Barry's studios and events across the country will have the opportunity to participate in tastings of specialty LALO cocktails. The partnership aims to provide community-focused events and experiences.

"We are thrilled to partner with Barry's and offer special LALO Tequila experiences at their studios and beyond," said David "R" Carballido, Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer of LALO Spirits. "LALO prides itself on being a clean, three ingredient tequila that you can feel good about drinking, and we believe our brand ethos will really resonate with the Barry's clients who work hard and play hard."

The partnership will also feature LALO's involvement in Barry's destination pop-ups, with signature LALO cocktails and experiences for new and existing clients. Community events are planned throughout the year in cities such as New York City, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

"Barry's has always believed in balancing working hard and having fun, so we're very excited to be partnering with a premium brand like LALO that brings people together through their purely crafted tequila," said Joey Gonzalez, Global CEO of Barry's. "We look forward to offering our clients unique experiences and events that reflect the high standards and authenticity both Barry's and LALO stand for."

The partnership between Barry's and LALO Spirits is part of a broader trend among health clubs and gyms to innovate in creating stronger community ties and fostering social connections among members. By integrating lifestyle experiences, such as exclusive events and unique tasting opportunities, this collaboration aims to offer more than just a workout—it's about building a sense of belonging and enhancing the overall member experience. As fitness centers increasingly look for ways to differentiate themselves and add value, partnerships like this one highlight the evolving role of gyms as social and lifestyle hubs.
