Xponential Fitness has announced the addition of four executives to its leadership team. Effective January 2025, John Kawaja will serve as President of North America, Tim Weiderhoft as Chief Operating Officer of North America, Kevin Beygi as Chief Technology Officer, and Eric Simon as Chief Development Officer.

These appointments align with the company’s focus on operational growth and global franchising efforts. Kawaja, previously the President of Wholesale at Xponential Fitness, brings leadership experience from roles such as President at TaylorMade Golf Company and Head of Marketing for North America at Adidas Group.

Weiderhoft, who joins as Chief Operating Officer of North America, has held leadership positions in franchise operations, including Chief Operating Officer at Central Bark USA, CEO at Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade, and Vice President of Franchise Development at Massage Envy Franchising LLC.

Beygi, Xponential’s first Chief Technology Officer, comes from a background in technology and data analytics. His previous roles include Director of Data Analytics, Enablement & Operations at Microsoft Corporation and advisory positions at companies such as The Walt Disney Company and Shell.

Simon, appointed as Chief Development Officer, also joins a newly created role. He brings experience from positions such as Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development at The Joint Chiropractic and Director of Franchise Development at AAMCO Transmission and Total Car Care.

The new leadership roles reflect the company’s efforts to strengthen its operational capabilities and enhance its approach to franchise development, technology integration, and market expansion.
