The U.S. Army has introduced a new YouTube series, All You, aimed at providing American youth with tools to improve their physical and mental health. The series is grounded in the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness system, which focuses on five domains of well-being: physical, mental, nutritional, sleep, and spiritual.

The debut episode, The "All You" Series Trailer, was released March 20 on the GoArmy YouTube channel. It marks the beginning of a week-long content rollout, followed by bi-weekly videos. The initiative is part of a broader effort by the Army to share health and performance strategies developed through H2F.

Developed in 2020, the H2F system was created to enhance Soldier readiness and reduce injuries. According to U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training data, units using H2F have seen a 55% reduction in musculoskeletal injury-related care, a 7.7% behavioral health profile rate, a 59% reduction in substance abuse profiles, and an 18% increase in Soldiers meeting the Army Combat Fitness Test standard.

Army officials say the idea behind All You is to translate those outcomes into accessible content for a broader audience. “We’re eager to share the wealth of information and best practices of H2F with an even wider audience through 'All You,’” said Brig. Gen. Antoinette Gant, Chief of Army Enterprise Marketing.

The video series features trained Soldiers and subject matter experts from H2F Performance Teams, which include physical therapists, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, registered dietitians, cognitive specialists, and chaplains. These teams are currently operating in more than 50 brigades across the Army, with further expansion planned through 2027.

The series schedule includes the following initial releases:

  • March 21: Improve Your Wellness with ALL YOU from the Army – An introduction to the H2F system and what viewers can expect from the series.

  • March 24: Maximize Movement & Strength with Every Workout in ALL YOU – Physical fitness advice from Staff Sgt. Michael Matis.

  • March 25: Boost Your Mental Toughness with ALL YOU – Mental resilience tips from 1st Lt. Brandan Wolfolk.

  • March 26: Optimize Your Nutrition with ALL YOU – Guidance from Capt. Jewel Ory on incorporating healthy eating habits.

  • March 27: Unlock Your Spiritual Resilience with ALL YOU – Spiritual well-being insights from Chaplain (Maj.) Scott Lovejoy.

  • March 28: Transform Your Sleep Habits with ALL YOU – Sleep optimization strategies from Capt. Chris Enke.

Following the initial week, new videos will be published every other Friday beginning April 11.

The Army has reported declining recruitment eligibility due in part to the health challenges facing today’s youth. Through initiatives like the Future Soldier Prep Course, which uses H2F methodologies, the Army says it has helped over 37,000 individuals meet enlistment requirements. The course has a reported graduation rate of approximately 95%.

The All You series represents a continuation of the Army’s approach to addressing health holistically—this time extending beyond military personnel to the general public.
