As part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative to promote health and physical activity, the Saudi Sports for All Federation has announced details for its inaugural 2025 SFA International Sporting Events. These events include the SFA Expo and the Riyadh Marathon, both designed to boost engagement in fitness and wellness on both a community and industry level.

The SFA Expo is underway in Riyadh’s JAX District. This event will serve as the official bib collection hub for marathon participants and feature a range of interactive zones focused on sports, fitness, and health. Attendees can expect to see innovations in fitness technology and equipment, wellness activities, and networking opportunities, including a dedicated B2B lounge. Workshops on mindfulness and nutrition will also be on the agenda. One of the expo’s highlights will be the Primal Race on Friday, February 7. This functional fitness challenge will include high-intensity activities interspersed with 400-meter group runs, offering a competitive test of endurance and strength.

On February 8, 2025, the Riyadh Marathon will take place, featuring four race categories to cater to various fitness levels. Participants can choose between a full marathon (42 kilometers), a half marathon (21 kilometers), a 10-kilometer race, or a family-friendly 4-kilometer run. The routes will pass key landmarks across Riyadh, including Boulevard City and Wadi Hanifah, starting near Boulevard World and finishing near Kingdom Arena.

These events further reinforce the SFA’s commitment to elevating sports and fitness in Saudi Arabia, aligning with Vision 2030’s goals to foster healthier lifestyles and increase physical activity nationwide.
