As consumer demand for at-home wellness technology continues to grow, Therabody has unveiled three new products designed to address pain management, recovery, and skincare. The latest devices—the Theragun Mini (3rd Generation), ThermBack LED, and TheraFace Depuffing Wand—incorporate multiple therapeutic techniques, aiming to bring professional-grade treatments into everyday use.
The third-generation Theragun Mini is Therabody’s most compact percussive therapy device to date. The company states that it is 30% smaller and lighter than the original model, with an improved grip and a quieter motor. It comes with three interchangeable attachments and is compatible with the Therabody app, which offers personalized recovery routines. The Mini is available in three colors—Black, Desert Rose, and Oat—reflecting an increased focus on aesthetics and consumer preferences.
The ThermBack LED is a wearable back wrap that combines four treatments in a single device: heat therapy, far infrared, vibration, and near-infrared LED light therapy. Therabody describes this as a first-of-its-kind integration aimed at relieving lower back pain, improving mobility, and reducing stiffness. Lower back pain is the most common musculoskeletal condition worldwide, according to the World Health Organization. Chronic cases lasting more than three months account for the majority of diagnoses in primary care settings. Therabody has partnered with researchers at the University of Buffalo’s Department of Emergency Medicine to conduct a clinical trial evaluating the effectiveness of combining multiple therapies for pain relief.
Therabody’s skincare-focused TheraFace line has introduced the Depuffing Wand, now available in an Indigo color variant. The handheld device applies cold and heat treatments, using what the company calls Cryothermal Technology™ to reduce puffiness, dark circles, and improve skin radiance. Unlike ice rollers, which require freezing, the Depuffing Wand maintains consistent temperatures for controlled application.
Monty Sharma, President and CEO of Therabody, commented on the company's approach to wellness technology, stating, "At Therabody, we are dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions that seamlessly integrate into daily life. Whether it's the portability of the new Theragun Mini, the multi-therapy approach of ThermBack LED, or the skincare innovation of the TheraFace Depuffing Wand, these products represent our commitment to science-backed wellbeing through technology."
Therabody's latest product launch signals a continued push toward making recovery and wellness treatments more accessible outside of clinical settings. The company has not yet disclosed details on future product expansions, but its focus on multi-therapy integration suggests an ongoing investment in at-home wellness solutions.
