With 71% of U.S. adults reporting they feel overwhelmed by supplement choices or confused by ingredient labels—according to a survey commissioned by Life Time—the company is aiming to simplify the experience. In conjunction with National Nutrition Month, Life Time has expanded access to its LTH-branded supplements by launching the full line on Amazon.
The move brings more than 50 in-house formulations to a broader consumer base through one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms. The LTH line includes protein powders, omega-3 fish oil, collagen blends, creatine, and electrolyte mixes. All products are formulated by Life Time’s registered dietitians and personal trainers using research-backed ingredients, and they are free from synthetic chemical flavors, colors, or sweeteners.
Life Time entered the supplement market over 20 years ago after its Founder, Chairman, and CEO Bahram Akradi funded third-party testing on a multivitamin he was personally using. The results revealed it did not meet label claims, prompting Akradi to launch a line focused on ingredient integrity, rigorous testing, and high-quality standards.
New additions are expected later this year, including a caffeine-free pre-workout called PUMP, a collagen-based protein bar called (Re)FUEL, and DREAM, a multivitamin magnesium sleep support powder.
“With millions of people shopping on Amazon every day, we saw an opportunity to dramatically expand Life Time's impact on peoples' health and wellness via our LTH supplements,” said Kimo Seymour, Senior Vice President at Life Time. “It's now easier than ever for anyone to access and benefit from the rigorous commitment we've applied to ensure what's on the label is in the product.”
LTH supplements remain available through Life Time’s LT Shop and its mobile app, which also connects users with nutrition programming and expert coaching. The Amazon storefront adds another layer of accessibility at a time when consumer trust and transparency in supplementation are more important than ever.
