As demand for in-home services continues to rise globally, GYMGUYZ, an in-home and on-site personal training franchise, has announced significant expansion with the addition of 155 new cities since the first quarter of 2024. This growth aligns with the company’s ambitious target of serving 400 new cities by 2025.

The latest cities added to the GYMGUYZ network include diverse locations such as Laguna Beach, California; Park Slope, New York; several areas in Texas, including Dallas, Highland Park, Fort Worth, and Aledo; Memphis, Tennessee; Trenton, Hunterdon County, and Ulster County, New Jersey; and Annapolis, Maryland.

“We're excited to keep pushing forward, expanding into new cities nationwide,” said Josh York, Founder and CEO of GYMGUYZ. “Our franchisees are eager to bring transformative workouts to even more communities, making at-home and on-site fitness more accessible across the country.”

This announcement follows the brand’s decision to enhance its service offerings by introducing Assisted Stretch services, complementing its existing personal training programs. To support this rapid expansion, GYMGUYZ has also strengthened its leadership team, appointing Ryan Kalinowski as Executive Director of Franchise Development and Tony Palagano as Director of Corporate and Field Operations.
