24 Hour Fitness has partnered with the LA Clippers as the team’s Official and Exclusive Fitness Partner. The collaboration will focus on the Jr. Clippers program, offering basketball training and events aimed at engaging young athletes and promoting healthy habits.
As part of the partnership, 24 Hour Fitness and the Clippers will host basketball clinics and a 3x3 tournament at select fitness club locations. The events are open to players of all skill levels and are designed to teach fundamental basketball skills while encouraging teamwork and physical activity.
Karl Sanft, President and CEO of 24 Hour Fitness, emphasized the importance of youth sports in encouraging long-term fitness habits. “At 24 Hour Fitness, we are committed to helping people of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals,” he said. “We know that the building blocks of a lifetime of healthy living start young, and there’s no better place for that than youth sports.”
The Jr. Clippers program will also include community events and training opportunities, giving participants access to experienced coaches and activities that emphasize skill development and physical fitness. Scott Sonnenberg, LA Clippers and Intuit Dome Chief Commercial Officer, highlighted the broader role of basketball in Los Angeles. “The culture of basketball in Los Angeles goes beyond the court and focuses on bringing people together, building character, and fostering personal growth,” he said. “With 24 Hour Fitness, we hope to deepen our commitment to developing the next generation of basketball players by creating meaningful opportunities for young athletes.”
This partnership reflects a shared interest in using sports to encourage active lifestyles and personal development among young players.
