A new luxury hotel platform, The Estate, is poised to reshape the hospitality industry by combining high-end accommodations with advanced health and wellness services. The platform is the brainchild of four influential figures: life coach and entrepreneur Tony Robbins, hospitality veteran Sam Nazarian, global music star Marc Anthony, and strategist Richard Attias. Together, they are creating a network of luxury resorts and urban centers that offer guests access to top-tier preventative health treatments, focused on longevity and well-being.

Through a partnership with Fountain Life, a leader in disease prevention and early detection, The Estate will provide guests with access to personalized health diagnostics, including full-body MRIs, genetic testing, and nutritional guidance. The platform plans to open 15 luxury hotels and residences, as well as 10 urban preventative and longevity centers, by 2030.

The first locations, set to open in 2026, will be in St. Kitts, the UK, Northern Italy, and Switzerland, with further expansions planned for Miami and the Gulf region. Additionally, the first preventative health center is scheduled to open in Los Angeles in 2025, marking the beginning of The Estate’s urban wellness offerings.

Tony Robbins, who has long advocated for preventative medicine, highlighted the project's vision: "We’re bringing together world-class hospitality and leading health diagnostics to create an experience that not only rejuvenates but transforms lives."

By partnering with wellness industry leaders like Clinique La Prairie, The Estate will offer a holistic approach to health and luxury, merging expert medical care with premium hospitality. With a focus on health optimization and prevention, The Estate aims to provide guests with a unique experience that prioritizes both their immediate comfort and long-term well-being.
