Lululemon (NASDAQ:LULU) has unveiled a crucial step toward enhancing mental wellbeing worldwide: the creation of a Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board. This diverse board, featuring leaders from Lululemon's key global markets in wellbeing, is helmed by Susan Gelinas and Nikki Neuburger, senior leaders at Lululemon. The board aims to foster a global dialogue on mental wellbeing and eliminate stigmas while providing tools and resources for individual journeys.

Lululemon's commitment is underpinned by data from their 2022 Global Wellbeing Report, revealing that just 29% of respondents across 10 markets report strong overall wellbeing. The board's focus areas include developing the Annual Global Wellbeing Report, guiding employee mental wellbeing offerings, advancing social impact initiatives, and driving mental wellbeing programming.

The board's distinguished members, such as Dr. Alfiee M Breland-Noble and Sarah Kline, highlight Lululemon's dedication to mental wellbeing. The initiative aligns with the company's comprehensive "Be Well" impact agenda, encompassing employee assistance programs, workshops, and the lululemonCare mental wellbeing program. The advisory board also furthers Lululemon's social impact through initiatives to address wellbeing inequalities, representing a significant stride toward a more mentally healthy global community.
