Contest Rules and Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The "Alln1SuperBlend Starter Kit Giveaway" contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States or Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Method: To enter the Contest, participants must complete the official online entry form ("Entry Form") and explicitly consent to receiving the "This Week In Fitness" weekly newsletter ("Newsletter"). Each participant shall be deemed an "Entrant."

3. Contest Period: The Contest consists of monthly giveaways, with separate draws taking place at the end of each month within the Contest Period. The Contest Period begins on [start date] and ends on [end date] ("Contest Period").

4. Prizes: Each prize shall consist of a unique code, hereinafter referred to as the "Prize," which is redeemable for one order of the Alln1SuperBlend starter kit. The approximate retail value of the Prize is 151 Canadian dollars. Shipping costs for Canadian winners will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Shipping to the continental United States will be covered.

5. Winner Selection: Prize winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible Entries. Multiple entries from the same Entrant will be included in subsequent monthly draws.

6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days following the respective draw date. Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days to claim their Prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in Prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Prize Redemption: Winners will receive the unique Prize code via email. Canadian winners shall be responsible for shipping costs associated with Prize redemption. Shipping to the continental United States will be covered.

8. Publicity: By participating in the Contest, Entrants consent to having their names published for promotional and publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and the Contest website.

9. Consent to Receiving "This Week In Fitness": Entrants explicitly consent to receiving the "This Week In Fitness" weekly Newsletter by entering the Contest.

10. Data Collection: Personal data collected from Entrants will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Entrants' information will be collected through the Entry Form and managed using Squarespace's internal email system and Mailchimp for Newsletter distribution.

11. General Conditions: All decisions related to the Contest, including but not limited to the selection of winners, are final and binding. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

12. Liability Disclaimer: By participating in the Contest, Entrants acknowledge that the Contest host and associated parties are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to participation in the Contest or the use of the Prize.

13. Termination: The Contest host reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in its sole discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

14. Governing Law: The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
